I've read and heard so much hype about juicing - it supplements your diet while boosting your immune system and cleansing your body at the same time. Now that I finally had the chance to try one day juicing with GreenLab Compressed Juices, read on to know more about my one day juicing experience!
To maximize results, you have to prepare yourself first before starting your juicing journey.
What I did was I drink more fluids 1 day ahead. I avoided sweets and heavy meals like meat, processed food, fast food and carbohydrates.
Since this is my first time, I did the juicing with food. All through out the day, I snack with fruits and eat vegetable viands without rice.
My breakfast juice, Green-in-1 made with pure kale, spinach, celery, kiwi, apple, cucumber and ginger.
Breakfast snack was Prime Detox. Made with carrot, apple and cucumber.
Beetroot Classic for lunch! Apple, lemon, cucumber, ginger and beetroot mix.
Afternoon merienda was Orange Sunshine made with orange, squash, apple, carrot, lemon and ginger.
Glow for dinner made with apple and carrot.
Taste delicious and quenches thirst and hunger. I felt energized and light.
All juices are made in auch a way rhar they eould be served immediately. What I like best about GreenLab Compressed Juices is that the bottles are travel-friendly and can be taken other meals. I can even add a dash of chia seeds.
