Filinvest Alabang, Inc. bags Gold Stevie Award in 2020 International Business Awards

 


Filinvest Alabang, Inc. (FAI), the company behind award-winning mixed-use development Filinvest City in Alabang and some of the most premier residential and office developments in the Metro South, has once again reached a major milestone as it recently bagged the highly coveted Gold Stevie Award in the Real Estate Category at the 17th Annual International Business Awards. It is honored and humbled to be among the select few to receive the award from the numerous nominations that were received worldwide.

The International Business Awards are the world’s premier business awards program. All individuals and organizations worldwide—public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small—are eligible to submit nominations. The 2020 IBAs received entries from organizations in 63 nations and territories.

Filinvest Alabang, Inc. has always been forging ahead in the real estate industry with its sustainable, future-ready vertical and horizontal projects. The prestigious Gold Stevie Award is yet another testament to its commitment to build developments that are carefully masterplanned, only utilizing people-centric, environmentally responsible best practices.

Botanika Nature Residences and Parkway Corporate Center also earned other honors in the 2020 Asia Pacific Property Awards, receiving five-star ratings as the Philippines’ Best Sustainable Residential Development and Best Office Development, respectively. Likewise, Filinvest City has also been recognized by the same award-giving body as Best Mixed Used Development in the country. All these have supported and validated the relevance and market acceptance of Filinvest Alabang Inc.’s developments.

Stevie Award winners were determined by the average scores of more than 250 executives worldwide who participated in the judging process from July through early September. As the ongoing COVID-19 crisis will prevent winners from receiving their awards on stage during a traditional gala IBA banquet, winners will be celebrated instead during a virtual ceremony on December 1, 2020.
