At ayon kay Sarah, ang pagluluto ay isa sa mga life skills na dapat talaga nating aralin at mahalin. 

When I hear Sarah Geronimo, I remember her winning piece To Love You More by Celine Dion, I also remember her very successful film series with John Lloyd Cruz, A Very Special Love Movie Series. And just when I taught she has done it all, she revealed in the Phoenix Super LPG launch last March 21 at The Tent in Acacia Estate, Taguig that apart from singing, dancing and acting career, she has also learned how to cook. Speaking at the launch, the Popstar Royalty shared that although it took her a while, she really wanted to learn how to whip up culinary hits in the kitchen specially now that she confirmed both of her parents who're Pampaguenos are known for being not just good at cooking, but the best cooks, skilled in the kitchen, even when compared to some restaurant-made dishes!

Her brand new passion in cooking leads her to be meticulous when it comes to the kitchen.

"Ginusto ko po talagang matutong magluto. Parang ang sarap kasi sa pakiramdam na kaya mong ipagluto 'yung pamilya mo and mga friends mo (I really wanted to learn how to cook. It feels good to be able to cook for your family and friends)," shared Sarah.

Having discovered the joys of cooking, Sarah took culinary classes to further her newfound passion. She started with little experiments - - from whipping eggs correctly, to cooking simple dishes. Eventually, Sarah learned to make Filipino favorites such as adobo and sinigang.

"Marunong na rin po akong gumawa ng iba't ibang sauces (I also know now how to make different sauces)," Sarah quipped in between laughter.

Nothing beats preparation and hard work no matter what interest you are pursuing, as for Sarah Geronimo, these duo is her formula in whatever career and passion she chooses to do. She also emphasized the importance of having the assistance, the extra hand whenever needed, and help when offered should not be put down.

Whether she's performing on-stage, acting on-screen or cooking, Sarah admits to getting some assistance from her mentors to help bring out her best.
