Make Today Magical: #LifeBuilds thru Lego Play

Positive Thinking is important in making life happy. Being balance in every aspect of it can lead to success. Real success may not only meant wealth for some, but conquering the day with optimistic outlook, having hope, and trusting for the best every day, that is a more meaningful success. Well, that's just one of the many takeaways I had at the recently concluded Belle de Jour Power Planner's Make Today Magical - a 2-day weekend launch of their 2019 planners.

On the photo was yours truly holding my ideal "future". Pets to welcome us in our new home, more greeneries and embracing minimalism by reducing plastic one refused single-use at a time. <3

Just by simply playing, Certified Lego Serious Play Facilitator, Ms. Ima Bacud, guided us in finding our clarity about our questions in life. 

The Rules, there is no rule. Just play. Which reminded me of Unikitty in 2014 The Lego Movie.

#LifeBuilds encourages us to have good thinking about our today, connecting it to the past, projecting it to a positive future. 

By being conscious on our surroundings, tapping our own feelings and seeking our heart's most desires through playing Lego, we can discern our path in life and by there, we could adjust the things we can control, and brace the future with a more fruitful, positive outlook no matter what comes our way.

This BDJ Workshop was refreshing. It's my first time to learn about this kind of approach in getting your life back in control. It's fun because Lego is fun - it's a construction toy of interlocking building blocks which means endless possibilities! And using it in figuring out our struggles and questions in focusing on our goals, embracing our passion and purpose is genius!
